Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase for a change-of-mind return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our Hamilton warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
